CRAFT DISTILLED DRY GIN
We're proud of our gin, named after a grand house that once stood in the centre of our home village of Cottingham, East Yorkshire. Kingtree Dry Gin is distilled with care and dedication to create a spirit with a delicious flavour. Kingtree botanicals include juniper, coriander, cardamom, sweet orange peel and lemon peel which combine to deliver a unique taste which is as easy to drink simply over ice as it is with your favourite tonic.
KINGTREE GINS, COTTINGHAM, YORKSHIRE
Meet Barbara, our first copper still, hand made in Portugal by expert craftsman. John, our founder and head distiller, lovingly named her after his aunt and installed her in pride of place at the Distillery.
Our home in Cottingham, East Yorkshire has been the site of a Mill since the 11th century and was mentioned in the Domesday Book. Today it is a hive of activity as we produce our craft dry gin, Kingtree.
We named our first gin 'Kingtree' after a stately home that once stood in our home village of Cottingham.

SEVEN CAREFULLY SELECTED FLAVOURS
Our unique blend of botanicals gives Kingtree its distinct flavour. Carefully developed by our Head Distiller, John, through hours of tasting and trialling (it's a tough job!).
Some of the botanicals we use to create the distinctive Kingtree Dry Gin flavour have been carefully sourced from around the world, others are found right on our doorstep.
The key botanical in any gin is juniper, we source ours from Eastern Europe and the Himalayas. While the lemon peel we use comes from Spain and the orange peel from Turkey. Our coriander is from Morroco and our pink peppercorns are from Brazil, while our rosemary is grown at Mill House Distillery in East Yorkshire!
There are one or two other botanicals in Kingtree, but we can't give away all our secrets! ;-)
